Bob’s Big Boy in Burbank is the original, and is home to a classic car show every Friday night from 4 p.m to 10 p.m. I fell in LOVE with the beautiful Avanti II. Waited about 20 minutes for a table, fun classic diner atmosphere inside, and they even have a Vegan burger!

After eating far too many french fries, headed over to Tonga Hut Tiki Bar about 4 miles away in North Hollywood. My tiki palette consists of Mai Tais mostly and every now and again, three dots and a dash- one day, when I am feeling brave, planning on having a zombie. They have cute half round booths, comfy seats, and a cd juke box- No Depeche Mode- but there was Adam Ant, Desperate, But Not Serious.
