Matt and Sarah owners of Voltage New Media  vacationed in Laguna Beach, and Matt arranged to have the proposal caught on camera.  He proposed at Crystal Cove Beach, and had a bouquet of Sarah’s favorite flowers from the enchanted Florist in Old Town Orange waiting for her.
