Engagement Photography with Film

We began the engagement shoot at the studio, with some sparkling white wine, and of course my inspirational techno fashion music.  The shoot started off formal on the white backdrop,then went into a casual look using the natural window light here in the studio.

Moving from the studio to the second location, Irvine regional park, rich in green thanks to all the rain we have been getting here is Southern California,  I brought along my Hasselblad film camera, 150 mm lens, and shot some ilford film. Below is the proof sheet I hand printed in the darkroom, with Delta 400 stand developed in Acufine.

Sabrina and Eric are getting married at 7 degrees this Spring. They met online, yay!  During the consultation for the wedding, they remarked how they weren’t a very “kissy” pda couple, but love hugs.
