Some of my favorite most photogenic wedding venues in and around Laguna Beach.
1. Seven Degrees – Laguna Beach

Seven Degrees is located in Laguna Canyon, in between the Sawdust Art Festival and Pageant of the Masters- fitting- because it is an art gallery. This is for Artsy clients who love the beach air, but could forgo the sand bit.
The ceremony is rooftop with a beautiful view on the canyon, and a bamboo garden complete with waterfalls and steps to balconies. After the ceremony your guests are treated to a cocktail hour reception on the rooftop to enjoy the ocean air.

Bamboo Garden
The reception space is a state of the art sight and sound presentation fantastic for a nightclub atmosphere. It is an art Gallery so the art on the walls become part of your reception decor.

Then there is the Sparkler Farewell- a fun way to end the evening

2. Surf and Sand Resort

The Surf and Sand resort is right on the beach, after the ceremony it’s only a few steps to the sand. There are three ceremony options: Catalina Deck, Ocean Terrace and, of course the sand.
The Catalina deck

The Catalina Deck is the largest of the ceremony sites, it is private, as you book the rooms surrounding the deck. There is the option to have your cocktail hour on the deck as well, or outside the patio area surrounding the Pelican Ballroom.
The Ocean Terrace

The Ocean Terrace is a more intimate space for smaller wedding ceremonies. Right after the ceremony, you can walk down the stairs from the pool for your beach romantic shots.

You have the option to have your ceremony on the beach. Standing room only-chairs are not allowed. There is no elevator access directly to beach.

Elopement
This is a GREAT option for Elopements.
Reception
There are 3 ballrooms and A private room adjacent to splashes for intimate groups.
Pelican Ballroom

This is the Largest of the rooms, and has a private deck with a peek a boo view of the ocean.
Sand Castle

The Sand Castle is off to the side, has a patio with a fountain and room for a buffet and the bar- great intimate space.
Sand Dollar is on the main walkway, and is a bit larger than the Sand Castle.
Splashes is for very intimate groups.
