Traveled up to pismo beach aboard the Amtrak Surfliner to photograph an event. Shot some multiple exposure photographs of the pismo beach pier, and the view from the surfliner Amtrak train route.

The most scenic ocean view is from Santa Barbara to Grover Beach (pismo). It’s a beautiful ride (a bit long at over 5 hours from Anaheim, but they have Mondavi Woodbridge wine if you get thirsty). The train gets busy on the weekend. Standing room only from Anaheim to LA, but snagged a seat once we hit Union Station.
