Family photos at Happy Camp. This was a great shoot, just letting loose, having fun and – may fave- getting shots in between the shots. Those fun, organic, takes in between poses, smiles etc, were eyes closed and laughter happens, a fun place, after all we were at Happy Camp. Jenny and Erik got engaged up In San Lois Obispo, so it was fitting to photograph their engagement shoot at the Over the top Madonna Inn. Mixed with some Old Hollywood black and white Glam, with some straight on flash with the ring light color to capture the Madonna Inn in all it’s glory.

Traveled up to pismo beach aboard the Amtrak Surfliner to photograph an event. Shot some multiple exposure photographs of the pismo beach pier, and the view from the surfliner Amtrak train route. The most scenic ocean view is from Santa Barbara to Grover Beach (pismo). It’s a beautiful ride (a bit long at over 5 hours from Anaheim, but they have Mondavi Woodbridge wine if you get thirsty).
